This is the place where you will start your datum line. Next, measure the height of your units (not including the feet), measure the height of your plinth and add 5mm for clearance. You will now have the height to set your datum line at. Measure from the floor at the lowest point and put a mark on the wall, then draw a level line around the room.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You can now start to mark out your kitchen as per the plans. Remembering to Mark out all clad on end panels (if supplied). Measure 500mm off your datum line; this will give you the bottom line of your wall unit. Then simply measure the height of your wall units and continue.  At this stage it is recommended to mark out where you are going to need electrical or plumbing supplies. Please note all integrated appliances will need these supplies inside the nearest unit as electrical plugs and pipe work behind the appliance will often prevent them pushing back into place.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You are now ready to start fitting your base units. If you have one, always fit the corner unit first and work off this unit as a point of reference. The neatest tool to use for cutting out holes in base units is the hole saw, select the correct size for the cut out in question whether it is for pipe work or electric cables. When leaving spaces between units for appliances, a small amount of clearance is required to enable ease of fitting. This is also helpful for future maintenance and servicing of the appliance.  Once all your base units are fitted its time to fit the wall units. Please refer to your instructions manual to find the dimensions for fitting wall unit brackets.</p>

<p>Now all your kitchen units are fitted you are ready to start on the worktops. It is recommended to consult a professional when attempting a butt and scribe worktop joint. However if its worktop strips being used it can be quite an easy process. Measure the area requiring a work surface, add on a couple of inches (80mm) put the worktop in place and mark the underside using the end base unit as a guide. Its recommended using a router and a jig to ensure a straight and true line is achieved. Contact adhesive and a brush or spreader is required to stick on edging strips (if working with laminated worktops)</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Once the work surfaces are fitted and screwed down you are ready to cut out your sink and hob appliances. Making sure you refer to the fitting instructions for each set of dimensions. Mark the cut outs and cut out using a jig saw. The pipe work should already be in place, making the connections to the sink and hob a straight forward procedure. Ensure a corgi registered gas fitted is on site to make the gas connection on both the hob and oven. (If required)</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You are now ready to start fitting the cornice, lighting pelmet and plinth. This also is the time to fit any infill pieces using a colour coded panel. A Chop saw is required to complete this job professionally.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The last task is to fit the doors onto the units. The reason this job is left until the end is due to the potential damage caused by completing the previous tasks. Once all the doors are fitted its time to fit the handles. You should now have a fully working, perfectly fitted kitchen. </p>

This teen fitness article focuses on both type of fitness that affects both the mind and the body of teen guys and teen girls.  Being fit gives you more energy for work, school, and allows you to enjoy life better.  It wards off heart attack, colon cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure; and being fit does not only assures good health but it makes you feel good about you and lets you stay active.</p>

<p>Yoga does a lot of great things to the mind and body of teenagers.  It’s a simple solution to beating stress from exams, peer pressure, social anxiety and fear of being ridiculed common to teen guys and girls alike.  If perform before and after study hours, yoga can have tremendous relaxing benefits that allows the mind to perform better. <br />&#13;</p>

Martial art training relives tension and stress you experienced as a teenager whilst building up your fitness level.  Spending time training martial arts is also a great diversion to occupy your self learning productive activities than otherwise. </p>

<p>The cheapest way to stay healthy and fit for teenagers is to have a good, well balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, and fibers from fruits and vegetable.  Boys trying to beef up their muscles need to eat more protein rich food to spur muscle growth.  It’s not so much about dieting but rather it is about healthy eating.  When you are younger, your body’s metabolic processes are most likely working well so that you do not need to worry too much about calories.  Naturally though, teenagers are active so that you need more calories than adults.  However, if you tend to be sedentary often, that’s when you get the problem of sugar and fats in your body.  That is why you need to live like a teenager, go out and have fun.   </p>

<p>You do not need a lot of money to finance your fitness activities.  You can seek advice from your friends or relatives who knows about staying fit and healthy, and just try to fit their advice on your lifestyle, and financial and physical capacity.  Certainly staying away from smoking is the cheapest and surest way to ensure healthy lungs and tip-top stamina.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The growing interest in fitness and health makes it a great time to take the step and become a personal fitness trainer.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
There are gyms and workout centers for men and women (and both together) springing up everywhere. A couple of years ago I was the only personal trainer in this rural area, but now there are several within a few miles and yet my small business has not felt any pinch and is still growing.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The reasons are many, but chief among them is the recognition that a fit lifestyle is much healthier and less prone to illness and disability than the sedentary, over-weight, sit-on-your-butt-all-day lifestyle that seems to be everywhere.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
That and the fact that baby boomers are into or nearing retirement age and beginning to feel their mortality. Fit people simply live longer and happier lives.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
If you are one of those, at any age, who works out regularly anyway, and enjoys helping people and can&#8217;t understand why everyone isn&#8217;t exercising, why not have a long think about becoming a fitness professional?</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
If you are reading this, perhaps you have already thought about a career change and simply want to be sure to do it the right way.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
To that end I have put together a few pointers about getting your fitness trainer education and becoming a personal trainer and I have also published a list of Fitness Trainer Schools in the US, and online., on my website for reference purposes.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The decision to become a personal trainer must involve a decision to obtain the necessary education and certification and is an imperative step in being recognized as a competent practitioner in this discipline.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Reputable fitness trainer schools will help you become a personal trainer by providing the following training in their courses. Make sure that any school you are considering will deliver the following:</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You&#8217;ll learn the critical areas of Fitness Assessment, Program Design, Upper- and Lower-body Strength Training and Flexibility Training.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You&#8217;ll learn how to effectively administer a health history screening, which simply means you will learn to assess a clients current physical condition through testing so you have all the information necessary to develop a safe and effective exercise program and more.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You will learn to become a fitness trainer for one-on-one or small group training. It&#8217;s worth bearing in mind that small group training in the form of &#8216;Boot Camps&#8221; can be highly effective at recruiting new, ongoing clients as well as producing a great income source. This is important whether you work at a club or on your own.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You will learn to empower, motivate, challenge and retain your clients.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The schools curriculum should be continually evaluated and updated to ensure that it includes the most current exercise science information to keep the graduates ahead of the competition.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You will have demonstrated your knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, fitness assessment, exercise programming, and training and instruction techniques.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
You will be required to do real-life situational evaluations. Given a (hypothetical) clients problems, goals and limitations you will assess and design an appropriate program for exercise and be tested on your performance.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Generally,  you must meet the following eligibility requirements to become a personal trainer.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
* You must be at least 18 years of age.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
* You must hold current adult CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) certification at the time of the exam. Candidates registering for online courses must have current CPR prior to registration.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
It certainly helps if you understand fitness science and don&#8217;t just memorize it. This is a case where you can really help people if you have a good understanding, or you could do harm if you don&#8217;t. After all, being a fitness trainer is not just about memorizing program design, but understanding the fundamentals of exercise science so that fitness can be prescribed to many unique individuals.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Look for a program that includes alot of hands-on teaching. This will help you know you are doing things right and will increase your confidence.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
The right personal trainer course will help with your belief in yourself, and will give you confidence in your ability, and trust in your knowledge.</p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Deciding on a career, or changing careers can be a little scary, but will be less-so if you do a little ground work first.</p>

Advertisements and articles that are designed to impart much needed information to the reader about the state of fitness and health in America today, and what we as responsible citizens should do. I want you to stop, and think for just one moment. How do you determine your current fitness and wellness levels? Does your regular doctor each time you go ask if you believe yourself to be fit and well? Probably not. Nor does he give you any method for determining the status on your own. Fitness centers abound in this country, and most are staffed with counselors who can test your fitness level. What about your wellness level? Are they one and the same? They are not one and the same, yet they rely heavily on each other to keep you healthy. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Being fit and being well are totally different conditions. Your wellness rating is dependent upon your immune system, and what vitamins, supplements, and nutrition you provide for your immune system. Fit people can sometimes be unwell. And well people can sometimes be unfit. However, when you do combine the two, and use sound principles based on clean living, exercise, and healthy eating, you attain a state of equilibrium where you are both fit and well. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Most individuals do not take the time to completely understand the advantages of being both fit and well. We read and absorb the information we are given through the media and health organizations, without ever pondering if we are receiving all the information we need, or simply the part that is profitable to be seen or heard. Fitness gyms need your monthly fees in order to remain operational. They have no real concern about the condition of your immune system. Physical fitness is a condition of the body alone. Hospitals and doctors need you as a patient in order to remain operational; they want you to know you need to be fit and well, but often leave out important pieces that affect your wellness and, therefore, your ability to be fit. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
What about eating habits? What about vitamins? What role does our daily intake play in our health, our wellness, and our fitness? More than you have been lead to believe or understand. The bodys ability to remain well under anything other than ideal conditions is a direct result of the nutrition received on a daily basis. The minds ability to remain well is, again, a direct result of our nutrition intake. For instance, the human brain does not develop well without the necessary input of protein in our daily diet. No protein, no intelligence. No intelligence, then none of the other states is attainable. </p>
<p>&#13;<br />
Our spiritual input is a determining factor when establishing our fitness level. We all need the benefit of spiritual reflection, as a way of cleansing ourselves of the stress of our daily life. Spirituality is a way of assuring ourselves of a renewing, and rebirth of ourselves as humans. Fitness encompasses our bodys health, as a whole and in this</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this day and age most of us who want to get fitter, stronger, or lose weight know that in order to achieve our goals we must participate in some type of exercise program. One of the problems is that of choosing what sort of fitness equipment we should be using or buying. There are a number of choices on the market today, including elliptical trainers, rowing machines, exercise bicycles, steppers, weight machines, free weights, cable machines, and so on.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now you have two choices when it comes to using fitness equipment. First is to purchase a piece of equipment, depending on the quality of what you want, buying can be pretty expensive. The second choice is to become a gym member. This will give you a wider of choice in the types of fitness equipment you can use, but even this option can be expensive.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now there can be many reasons that could make it difficult for you to take advantage of either choice. Perhaps you are in a position in your life at the moment where you cannot afford to purchase any fitness equipment or afford to join a gym. You may not have any space at home to use any fitness equipment, or have the time to travel to a gym 3 or 4 times a week. You may feel uncomfortable or not have the confidence at the present time to join a gym. All these reasons will result in one thing, and that is not exercising, and not achieving the vision you may have of yourself for the future.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now I am going to be brutally honest with you. All those reasons are just excuses not to exercise. You justify not exercising with these excuses and this makes you feel that there is some substance behind why you cannot exercise. The fact is that there is no substance behind these excuses, because when you focus on why you can&#8217;t do something your mind will come up with lots of reasons for that point of focus. However if you focus on a regular basis on why you should exercise, your mind will come up with reasons and ways for that as well. You can reach extreme levels of fitness without equipment.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The truth is that we associate great bodies with fitness equipment and we have the perception that fitness without any equipment is not something that can be achieved successfully. This is a million miles away from the truth. You don&#8217;t need any fitness equipment to become fitter, stronger, or slimmer. Your own body is one of the best pieces of fitness equipment that you have. You can reach extremely high levels of fitness using nothing but your body.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Take a look at the sport of boxing. It is only over the last few years that boxers have started using weights or weight machines to train. A few years ago 99% of their training consisted of using their own body for their training. Boxers would get up in the early hours and run the streets, not use a treadmill at lunch time. They would spend many hours a week doing push ups, sit ups, chin ups, stretching, shadow boxing, and a whole host of other body weight exercises. Boxers are warriors and they reach warrior status without any equipment. Boxers have the fittest and most durable physiques in sport.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To become a soldier is no mean feat, the training is extremely tough. The bulk of a soldiers training consists of exercising without equipment. They spend hours running over rough terrain carrying equipment and heavy backpacks. They spend months doing circuit training consisting of swimming, push ups, chin ups, sit ups, and various other exercises. Nobody can say that a soldier is not an extremely fit individual.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>There is a huge choice of exercises you can use, where your body is the only piece of equipment you will need. Depending on the method of training you use, just 15 minutes a day will give you fitness levels far beyond what you have at the moment. Pick a set of exercises that hit different body parts and make a circuit out of them. Circuit training will improve your strength, fitness, and endurance. Pick your own circuit or use the one below</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Free squats (30 seconds) Rest (20 seconds) Push ups (30 seconds) Rest (20seconds) Crunches (30 seconds) Rest (20 seconds) Squat thrusts (30 seconds)</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>This circuit last just 3 minutes and it will work your body hard. Do as many actions of each exercise in a 30 second period and do not have any more than 20 seconds rest. Try it once and see how you feel. Call this one circuit, and when your fitness improves do another circuit later in the day. There really is no limit to how far you can go on this circuit, the fitter you get the more circuits you keep adding. Just try one to begin with to get used to it and think on that one circuit is just 3 minutes out of your whole day. 3 minutes is not a lot compared to the benefits you will get from that time. Now you know that you are capable of reaching a high level of fitness without equipment.</p>
